Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze AMI system performance, network communications, meter read delivery, and KPIs.
  • •Investigate and resolve AMI alerts, alarms, no-read conditions, data exceptions, and communication issues.
  • •Support software, firmware, and system upgrades, including testing and validation activities.
  • •Partner with field operations, customer service, billing, and outage management to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • •Use reporting and analytics tools to analyze system reports, device performance, GIS data, and equipment trends to recommend process improvements and coordinate escalations.

Salary: USD 113,500 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in utility operations, customer operations, information technology, metering, or a related field.
  • •Recognized technical expertise in AMI operations and the ability to lead complex initiatives and cross-functional problem solving.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and provide technical guidance.
