Key Responsibilities

  • •Process backend transactions for General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and related areas while meeting SLAs.
  • •Handle payroll inputs, benefits enrolment/cancellations, and reporting/reconciliations for the HR shared services team.
  • •Manage HR operations documentation and requests, including employment and visa letters, and support ad hoc documentation needs.
  • •Support onboarding, probation management, and offboarding, including background checks for interns, contractors, and new hires.
  • •Assist with case management and Data Management tasks such as audits, reporting, and data entry/update; help build and maintain SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience supporting the Americas region.
  • •Expertise in HR Operations with strong attention to detail and adherence to process.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of results.
  • •Proficiency in ticketing tools and a track record of meeting HRSS performance parameters for case handling.
  • •Comfort working in shift coverage (6PM–2AM) and being open to a 24x7 role.
