Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product direction for Client Config Hub (CCH) and evolve it into a clear, durable capability that solves operational and business problems.
  • •Define and refine the CCH roadmap, priorities, and sequencing based on outcomes, evidence, constraints, and stakeholder insight.
  • •Identify high-value problems across onboarding, setup, and client change, and translate them into product strategy, decisions, and delivery focus.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders across product, implementation, operations, engineering, and platform, communicating strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to secure alignment.
  • •Work with engineering to define requirements, workflows, user stories, and success criteria; surface risks/dependencies early and keep the product coherent across multiple teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in product management in platform, workflow, operational, or other complex B2B software environments.
  • •Ability to own a roadmap and drive product outcomes with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Strong stakeholder-management skills, including influencing peers and securing buy-in without direct authority.
  • •Strong product judgment and comfort making prioritization decisions in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
  • •Familiarity with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Productboard, Confluence, or similar platforms.
