Key Responsibilities

•Build reliable systems that move money, owning services, infrastructure, and confidence metrics to scale without sacrificing accuracy or trust.
•Collaborate with domain experts to understand invoicing, collections, and reconciliation across firms and jurisdictions, then translate that into systems.
•Build and extend APIs used by Aiwyn, firms, and partners, making integrations with payment processors, banks, and firm systems seamless.
•Take projects from spec to ship to scale, owning end-to-end work including parts outside your comfort zone.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full ownership of projects.
•Hands-on technical depth in correctness-critical domains, including shipping systems with demanding edge cases and accuracy requirements.
•Experience with fintech and payments, including money movement or collections systems.
•Ability to bridge engineering with non-engineering domain experts (e.g., finance/accounting), building shared language and artifacts.
•AI-native fluency and comfort working across the stack (backend, frontend, or infrastructure).
