Key Responsibilities

  • •Conducts problem analysis and approach to diagnose and resolve complex issues with limited supervision.
  • •Handovers and routing: documents and passes down data for problem resolution to Sr. TSEs or 3rd line support.
  • •Provides repairs by advising customer personnel and first-line support, replacing parts and adjusting settings to resolve disturbances.
  • •Plans and executes procedures, ensuring necessary parts, tools and knowledge are available and making adaptations for optimal results.
  • •Delivers training and knowledge transfer to first-line engineers and peers, sharing best practices and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field with relevant experience
  • •Experience in semiconductor industry is required
  • •Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics and semiconductor processes, plus relevant software
  • •Experience using data analysis tools and standard office software
  • •Specialized knowledge of competency/subsystem and product functionality
