Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule appointments and assist with patient follow-ups, including placing outbound calls for scheduling and weekly evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and authorization details for each patient.
  • •Provide first-level patient support (answer questions, check in/out, collect and process payments).
  • •Collect and maintain patient intake forms, files, and notes; process patient orders and payments.
  • •Maintain equipment and clinic readiness, manage inventory and supply orders, and assist with monthly community outreach event planning.

Key Requirements
