Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and coach within the HSE function while accelerating development of the Orlando HSE Manager role.
  • •Develop, update, and deliver HSE training programs and support employee training initiatives.
  • •Support regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, FAA, and applicable corporate requirements; improve HSE policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, risk evaluations, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or industrial operations.
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and FAA regulatory requirements.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing and delivering HSE training for employees, supervisors, and leaders.
  • •Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP, or equivalent (preferred), and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
