Job Summary

Lead Grafana’s Commercial region by supporting and coaching a team of Regional Directors across the United States. Own regional success, driving revenue growth, ensuring alignment with North America and company goals, and partnering with GTM, G&A, and R&D leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience. Hire, retain, and develop leadership and account executive talent, and travel as needed to support deal creation and closure.

•Partner across GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with regional and company goals.
•Travel when needed to assist with deal creation and closure and provide managerial support to the team.
