Key Responsibilities

•Lead a dedicated Agile Pod team of 5+ cross-functional members focused on launching Heinz innovation.
•Manage stakeholders across the globe throughout the innovation lifecycle, from alignment of the innovation vision to delivering results for market teams.
•Lead key initiatives, including strategic vision and pipeline creation, opportunity sizing, development and execution of the proposition.
•Develop and implement learning experiments to test and iterate solutions with consumers and retailers.
•Support consumer validation, market testing and planning to scale launch; champion Design Thinking and Agile methodologies; own the P&L and retailer sell-in materials in partnership with business units.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
•5+ years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG/FMCG company with experience in innovation (launching new products from inception to launch) and base business management.
•Experience in both employee management & cross-functional team management; able to lead a team and work collaboratively.
•Global/international experience a plus; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
•Consumer-obsessed mindset with a passion for innovation and the ability to turn bold ideas into solutions that delight consumers.
