Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements using established AVI-SPL project management processes.
  • •Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and coordinate/verify resource scheduling for required project tasks.
  • •Manage project risk and issues, facilitate kickoff meetings, and handle scope/schedule/cost changes through established change order procedures.
  • •Manage project expenditures and profitability-impacting costs, provide status/progress reporting, ensure quality of internal/subcontracted work, and gather close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
  • •Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated management of multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • •Understanding of revenue, budget, margin, and financial variance factors for assigned projects.
  • •Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject.
