Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line support for digital workspace tools, devices, accounts, and productivity platforms; resolve incidents and service requests and escalate with documentation.
  • •Set up and prepare laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and workplace tools for new users; support device refresh, replacements, and asset handling.
  • •Assist onboarding/offboarding by provisioning and removing user access; support password resets and follow approved identity management controls.
  • •Support users on collaboration platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and provide guidance to maintain service continuity.
  • •Maintain compliance and asset control by ensuring hardware/software usage standards, recording inventory movements, updating tickets and service records, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1–3 years of experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or workplace technology support.
  • •Experience handling user devices, tickets, and workplace tools in an end-user services environment.
  • •Good troubleshooting and diagnostic/problem-solving capability for digital workspace and user support issues.
  • •Proficient in ticket management and service follow-up practices with strong communication skills.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field and a professional qualification in Information Technology or related technical certificates.
