Job Summary

Hands-on senior engineer building AI-powered internal tools and agentic solutions. Own end-to-end full-stack projects, from design to delivery, embedding with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and workflows (n8n) to automate and scale TRM’s operations across the AI Automation team.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and own full-stack, AI-powered internal applications, including backend services, APIs, data storage, and user-facing interfaces.
•Develop custom agentic solutions that leverage state-of-the-art AI models to automate workflows, augment decision-making, and scale business processes.
•Embed within internal teams to deeply understand their goals, constraints, and key metrics, then translate those needs into technical solutions with clear success criteria.
•Own projects end-to-end, including technical design, architecture decisions, scoping, delivery, iteration, and ongoing support.
•Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to expand their understanding of what’s possible with AI and help shape more ambitious solutions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs
•Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python, with frontend experience (React or similar)
•Experience building backend systems and working with datastores such as Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, Redis, and designing APIs
•Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications, using modern AI models and AI-enabled workflows
•Experience building or experimenting with agentic systems, workflow orchestration tools (n8n), or agentic browser automation
