Job Summary

Coordinate the estimation process to create offers, estimates, and commercial documents for customer requests. Partner with Sales and Operations teams to analyze requirements, propose best-fit solutions, and deliver proposal documentation on time and with high quality. Use internal estimating tools to produce accurate cost estimates and bid/order support, while monitoring performance metrics and improving productivity and customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and deliver estimation and proposal documentation in response to customer requests, coordinating with Sales and Operations.
•Analyze customer requests and partner with internal teams to propose solutions aligned to technical and commercial requirements.
•Leverage internal estimating toolsets to develop accurate cost estimates and supporting bid documentation.
•Guide and expedite involved parties to deliver responses and proposals on time with high quality.
•Monitor bid/order performance metrics and continually improve productivity and effectiveness.
