Support and troubleshoot Linux-based hardware systems for a cloud gaming platform in a 24/5 operational environment. Triage and resolve operational support requests, investigate recurring issues, and work with engineering teams to stabilize workflows. Maintain runbooks and troubleshooting documentation based on real incidents, and build lightweight scripts or automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency while transitioning operational workload from engineering teams.
