Lead distributor and account processes, oversee customer complaints and satisfaction, and identify new opportunities and market intelligence to support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement HPP business strategies and EH&S policies in Japan with the Japan commercial team.
•Deliver sales and contribution margin budgets for assigned accounts/segments, including annual budgeting and ensuring timely invoice payment.
•Ensure accuracy of monthly sales forecasting and execute gap-closure actions.
•Lead and improve business processes: distributor performance reviews, legal aspects, account plans/reports, key account management, pricing file, customer satisfaction, and receivables monitoring.
•Identify new opportunities using market intelligence and market dynamics, and initiate market development and strategy/investment proposals.

Key Requirements

•Implement HPP business strategies and EH&S policies in Japan in collaboration with the Japan commercial team.
•Deliver annual sales and margin budgets for assigned accounts and segments, including preparation of annual sales budgets.
•Maintain accurate sales forecasting and propose gap-closure actions aligned with business strategies and market conditions.
•Provide leadership and improvements on business processes covering distributor performance reviews, account plans and reports, pricing file, customer complaints/satisfaction, and receivables monitoring.
•Apply wide experience solving customer satisfaction, pricing, technical, legal, and product registration commercial issues with strong know-how of HPP products and business ethics.
