Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced wet process applications, including cleans/etches, vapor-phase processes, strip processes, bevel etch, and copper plating.
  • •Conduct rigorous root cause analysis and implement fab-ready, HVM-compatible solutions, evaluating upstream/downstream process interactions for yield success.
  • •Translate device scaling requirements into wet process technology roadmaps and define solutions to meet critical specifications (CSPEC).
  • •Drive innovation in chemistry, process architecture, and tooling to support future technology nodes, including contributing to IP.
  • •Collaborate with PI and module teams and influence senior leadership, while partnering with equipment and chemical suppliers to transition innovations to manufacturing.
