Key Responsibilities

•Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack, from backend architecture to the interfaces users interact with every day
•Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape what we build — advocating for the right technical tradeoffs and keeping the customer perspective central
•Raise the bar for engineering quality: continuous delivery, test-driven development, production reliability, and a culture of ownership
•Grow the team around you through code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions scale with customer needs and business goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 270,000 annually
