Key Responsibilities

  • •Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack, from backend architecture to the interfaces users interact with every day
  • •Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape what we build — advocating for the right technical tradeoffs and keeping the customer perspective central
  • •Raise the bar for engineering quality: continuous delivery, test-driven development, production reliability, and a culture of ownership
  • •Grow the team around you through code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions scale with customer needs and business goals
