  • •Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics.
  • •Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
  • •Design and implement critical services and lead complex refactors.
  • •Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience building .NET full-stack solutions (Angular or React) with Python.
  • •Deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
  • •Demonstrate strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, including implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
  • •Communicate technical trade-offs and decisions clearly.
