Senior Manager, Offensive Security

Lead and mature Delinea’s in-house Offensive Security program, defining penetration testing and red/purple teaming processes and overseeing end-to-end engagements. Manage a team of offensive security engineers, set goals and mentor talent, and test controls across enterprise and product environments using adversarial TTPs. Own testing environments, produce executive-ready reports with exploit reproductions, ensure compliance with SOC 2/ISO 27001/PCI DSS/FedRAMP, and drive remediation with cross-functional partners.
