Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences at the store. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through strong customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection, and assume full store responsibility in their absence. Support sales performance against KPIs, coach the team to meet goals, supervise daily operations, uphold compliance and visual merchandising standards, and help manage inventory and store expense control.
