Job Summary

Ensure compliance with cGMP in the Quality Control division at Julphar HQ (RAK) by performing chemical and physical testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. Operate QC equipment, follow GLP/GMP and safety procedures, and maintain accurate laboratory documentation in SAP. Develop and process HPLC/GC analytical methods, conduct investigations for deviations/OOS/OOT, support audits, and manage quality system actions using Amplelogic.

Key Responsibilities

•Adhere to cGMP principles and maintain compliance in the Quality Control laboratory.
•Perform chemical and physical analysis of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples, including process validation.
•Operate QC equipment and maintain hygienic lab conditions while following GLP, GMP, and safety procedures.
•Create, process, and approve HPLC/GC analytical methods and review analytical data, ensuring correct analysis per procedures.
•Record and lock results in SAP, conduct investigations for lab incidents/OOS/OOT/deviations, support audits, and close quality management actions (deviations, CAPAs, AMS, change controls) using Amplelogic.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science.
•Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the same field.
•Proficiency with computer software applications and laboratory documentation.
•Strong adherence to cGMP principles and maintaining GLP/GMP compliance.
•Experience conducting chemical and physical analysis and operating QC equipment with safety procedures.
