Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with legal/regulatory/tax reporting for investment funds and deliver accurate, timely outputs for assigned tasks and requests.
  • •Produce BCL/CSSF reporting and other jurisdictional reporting aligned to funds’ distribution countries.
  • •Develop reporting processes and handle ad-hoc internal/external reporting requirements.
  • •Respond to regulator, central bank, relationship management, and client queries related to existing filings or ad-hoc requests.
  • •Monitor service levels and regulatory filing deadlines, and proactively identify process concerns and propose procedure enhancements/efficiencies for outsourcing arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in fund administration and legal/regulatory/tax requirements for investment funds.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with regulators, central bank, internal stakeholders, and clients; fluent English required.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
  • •Strong data analysis skills and strong problem ownership to resolve issues in a risk-considered approach.
  • •Technical competence for day-to-day client queries and systems/desktop skills, including Microsoft Excel; Neoxam GP4, FIS Global InvestOne, or Confluence NXT advantageous.
