Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational processes and investigate/root-cause inventory accuracy issues.
  • •Champion operational standards on the salesfloor using business performance data and support sell-through through accurate inventory counts.
  • •Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and support a safe, efficient work environment.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and planning metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru).
  • •Lead and coach the Operations team, manage scheduling, and collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals.
