Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed the One-HSBC approach across business lines for Private Bank India, including capability development, joint client engagement events, and success-story sharing.
  • •Align client planning and deepen relationships with CIB colleagues, enabling joint client planning and internal relationship building.
  • •Establish internal marketing programs and schemes to support prospecting and relationship building with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • •Leverage GPB global services for offshore needs, identify opportunities to strengthen PBIN offerings, and enable GPB Passporting across key corridors.
  • •Own cross-global collaboration issues and friction resolution across LoBs, including referral processes, tools, MI/reporting, and compliance-aligned referral execution.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry with strong knowledge of GPB products and services.
  • •Commercial mindset with strong sales and client orientation, plus communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of PBIN policies and procedures including CDD, AML, Sanctions, and cross-border guidelines.
  • •Ability to operate independently with high-impact stakeholder management and decision-making authority.
