Key Responsibilities

•Deliver cybersecurity expertise across industrial OT and ICS environments, with a focus on the energy and power sector
•Shape cybersecurity strategies for major infrastructure projects and multi-year digital transformation programs
•Lead threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for complex OT environments
•Define cybersecurity requirements and support secure procurement and supply-chain decisions
•Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to embed security throughout project lifecycles

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial OT or ICS cybersecurity, ideally within the energy or power sector
•Degree in engineering, computer science, networking, telecommunications, or equivalent experience
•Practical knowledge of IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST, and ISO 2700x frameworks
•Hands-on understanding of OT and IT protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, OPC UA, and TCP/IP
•Experience with vulnerability management, security architecture, and cyber risk governance
