Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver cybersecurity expertise across industrial OT and ICS environments, with a focus on the energy and power sector
  • •Shape cybersecurity strategies for major infrastructure projects and multi-year digital transformation programs
  • •Lead threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for complex OT environments
  • •Define cybersecurity requirements and support secure procurement and supply-chain decisions
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to embed security throughout project lifecycles

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial OT or ICS cybersecurity, ideally within the energy or power sector
  • •Degree in engineering, computer science, networking, telecommunications, or equivalent experience
  • •Practical knowledge of IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST, and ISO 2700x frameworks
  • •Hands-on understanding of OT and IT protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, OPC UA, and TCP/IP
  • •Experience with vulnerability management, security architecture, and cyber risk governance
