Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and configure modular hierarchical multi-agent networks using CX Agent Studio canvas and Code Agents.
  • •Program specialized backend logic, data transformation scripts, and custom tool callbacks in Python or TypeScript to extend agent capabilities.
  • •Run GECX Engineering CLI workflows for code-first developer automation, including structural linting and semantic instruction validation.
  • •Author and maintain structured, XML-like agent instructions that integrate with custom Python tools and sub-agent routing.
  • •Connect Code Agents to enterprise systems (databases, product catalogs, CRMs, and CCaaS networks) via MCP or secure OpenAPI webhooks, and automate CI/CD evaluation using scripted test cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent practical experience.
