Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Retrieve stock for the sales team in a timely manner via omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • •Keep the back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
  • •Conduct product quality control and escalate any issues to the store lead.
  • •Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalisation, plus ad hoc administrative/event duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 22.5 hourly
