Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discussions with customers to understand High Value Problems (HVP) and propose/implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) that improve customer KPIs.
  • •Increase CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and PM/process Cpk/matching/output optimization; identify renewal/upsell/penetration opportunities.
  • •Drive adoption of new service technologies (including FabVantage offerings) via demos, on-site evaluations, and Joint Development Programs.
  • •Resolve complex tool issues using analytics, equipment and process knowledge, and systematic FV troubleshooting methodologies for root cause diagnostics and issue resolution.
  • •Mentor/lead junior level MPEs.
