Soft FM Services Supervisor

Conduct onsite inspections of third-party contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, Service Operation Manuals (SOMs), company policies, and local/international quality standards. Review and update SOMs based on site conditions, monitor implementation of approved procedures, and coordinate corrective actions for non-compliance. Maintain inspection logs and contractor documentation, prepare weekly and monthly evaluation reports, and perform follow-up inspections to confirm audit findings are closed.
