Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist and advise clients on ServiceNow solutions and implementation approaches.
  • •Contribute to the deployment of technical solutions tailored to client needs and Devoteam capabilities.
  • •Lead workshops to align and detail the solution to implement.
  • •Perform configuration, integration, and development of applications on ServiceNow.
  • •Participate in pre-sales activities alongside account teams to support project opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or equivalent Bac+5 training; minimum 1 year of experience on ServiceNow, ideally in project implementations (IT Service Management, CSM, HR, Portal, Business Apps)
  • •Fluent spoken and written English
  • •Strong technical interest and capability; ambitious, rigorous and collaborative; autonomous and comfortable driving initiatives
  • •Willingness to participate in projects across a leading tech consulting firm and contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow practice
  • •Ability to work with clients, animate workshops, and contribute to solution design and pre-sales activities
