Job Summary

Assist Procurement Engineers with supplier quality and component-related activities to ensure NI can continuously ship products. Support incoming raw materials inspection issues, respond to production requests tied to material, and help investigate problems across SMT, Wave, and back-end assembly processes. Evaluate and review parts in the Material Review Board (MRB), coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and follow delivery progress, and support continuous improvement and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to incoming inspection inspectors/receiving operators for incoming raw material issues and questions.
•Support production requests related to raw materials, including investigation of issues from SMT, Wave, and Back End Assembly processes.
•Assist Procurement Engineers with evaluation and review of parts in the Material Review Board (MRB) and inspections.
•Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify technical specifications, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delivery progress.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes, cost optimization, and supplier quality enhancement, including compiling and publishing departmental reports to track KPIs.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience with manufacturing operations (Incoming, SMT, Wave, and Back End Assembly); fresh graduates welcomed.
•Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and datasheets.
•Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerBI.
•Diploma in an engineering field, preferably Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Experience:1-2 yearsManufacturing
