Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise delivery of high-quality evidence-based care for patients under your management.
  • •Diagnose and treat patients according to best-practice standards in paediatric orthopaedics and review investigations to modify treatment as required.
  • •Oversee junior medical staff clinical activities and assume responsibility for the care they provide.
  • •Comply with hospital policies for admissions, consultations, daily patient care, surgical procedures, discharge protocols, and outpatient follow-up practices.
  • •Participate in performance management and support administrative and scheduling needs to ensure adequate division medical coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatric Orthopedic.
  • •American Board, CCT UK, Australian Board, any Western Board, Fellowship, or additional certification in Pediatric Orthopedic.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in Pediatric Orthopedic.
  • •Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility.
  • •Certified proof of yearly CME.
