•Support in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings by coordinating equipment needs with event organizers, presenters, and technical staff.
•Test, calibrate, and perform system checks in advance; monitor AV systems during live events to identify and resolve issues.

•Experience with hybrid meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
