Key Responsibilities

  • •Guard, patrol, and monitor venue premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule violations.
  • •Conduct regular patrols and respond to security and safety related calls in a timely manner.
  • •Follow security department policies and procedures, including instructions from on-duty security supervisors and the security manager.
  • •Investigate and compile accurate incident reports and complete assigned tasks within set guidelines and deadlines.
  • •Interact professionally with patrons, vendors, and employees; perform duties including line control, ID checks, and monitoring doors or gates.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • •Understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and perform effectively in crises with composure.
  • •Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., and work both inside and outside the venue in various weather conditions year-round.
