Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure OHSE policy adherence and drive improvements for safe site operations.
  • •Provide daily technical support for production areas with a focus on waste and quality.
  • •Maintain, update, and create engineering drawings for equipment installations and modifications.
  • •Identify and implement process and equipment improvement opportunities and set improvement targets around cost removal.
  • •Lead capital expense projects from opportunity identification through installation and start-up, including contractor control and safe working procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical engineering qualification required, preferably HNC grade or above.
  • •Multiskilled in both mechanical and electrical.
  • •5+ years in manufacturing, engineering, and process improvement efforts.
  • •5+ years participating in process improvement/mechanical engineering in a fast-paced operations environment focused on operational excellence.
  • •CAD design capability (preferably SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor) and ability to manage capital expense projects.
