Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a team of 5+ direct reports of Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers and drive their development
•Manage whole customer accounts or groups of projects from PO to commissioning and own all aspects
•Provide technical support and product/systems expertise to customers and develop understanding of PV tracking systems
•Coordinate logistics, tools, training, and ensure on-time delivery from PO to delivery
•Manage Project P&L including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow and cost management

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years of combined Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager experience gained in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fields
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required
•Strong project management skills and qualifications
•Ability to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalism
•Excellent customer service skills; experience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logistics; experience in and talent for dealing with customer support and O&M issues
