Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a team of 5+ direct reports of Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers and drive their development
  • •Manage whole customer accounts or groups of projects from PO to commissioning and own all aspects
  • •Provide technical support and product/systems expertise to customers and develop understanding of PV tracking systems
  • •Coordinate logistics, tools, training, and ensure on-time delivery from PO to delivery
  • •Manage Project P&L including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow and cost management

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years of combined Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager experience gained in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fields
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • •Strong project management skills and qualifications
  • •Ability to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalism
  • •Excellent customer service skills; experience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logistics; experience in and talent for dealing with customer support and O&M issues
