Serve as a primary technical point of contact for injection molding machines and automation in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Lead preventative maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations for assigned product lines. Use statistical data to develop production plans, resolve root causes, and improve safety, efficiency, and cost. Partner with internal teams and liaise with customer representatives on performance metrics and corrective actions.

•Collaborate with production, maintenance, tooling, and other leaders to apply departmental resources effectively.
