Key Responsibilities

•Perform foundation investigations including archival research of structural history and on-site assessment of settlement-related damages and causes
•Document findings in technical reports including analysis, status assessment and recommendations to the client
•Contribute to foundation preservation and strengthening measures, including design and planning of interventions
•Assist in project planning and management, including leadership of design work and coordination of tasks
•Collaborate in construction meetings, reporting and final inspections; interact with clients to communicate deviations and additional works

Key Requirements

•Education as a building engineer (higher education or civil engineer) with several years of work experience in the construction industry
•Experience from building construction or ground and foundation work, preferably in a supervisory role, or background as a consultant
•Knowledge in geotechnics, foundation engineering, hydrogeology, and structural construction techniques is advantageous
•Swedish language proficiency in speaking and writing is required for the role
•Project management or project leadership experience is a plus (CAD- drawing skills are beneficial)
