Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of New Associate Orientation Training – Operations and Operations Accountability to Associate 1 Competency Model, including CarMax timekeeping systems training for Hourly Associates.
  • •Ability to meet performance standards for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II, Flow Inventory Associate II, and Sr. Reconditioning Associate roles.
  • •Successful completion of workstation certifications across all relevant reconditioning areas.
  • •Strong ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately while performing multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions, and ability to use CarMax-provided respiratory protection (must be clean-shaven for a half-face respirator).
