Key Responsibilities

  • •Reinforce sustainability and business strategy as part of the Sustainability team, based in Singapore.
  • •Plan and coordinate product/commercial sustainability activities for Asia Pacific, including product integration/deployment and understanding product details for new and existing offerings.
  • •Launch, monitor, and scale product/program performance for sustainability and financial inclusion initiatives such as Priceless Planet Coalition, Carbon Calculator, and digital pathways for long-term resilience.
  • •Drive strategic insights, impact measurement, and performance visibility for sustainability and financial inclusion outcomes across key initiatives.
  • •Translate data and program outcomes into business and impact narratives to support strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and long-term growth objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of and interest in sustainability, financial inclusion, and/or financial health, with ability to track emerging market trends and stakeholder priorities.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create executive-ready briefings, presentations, and recommendations.
  • •Ability to navigate, influence, and lead cross-functional collaboration in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments while delivering clear outcomes.
  • •Proven project management and execution skills to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and meet timelines.
  • •Ability to lead product solutioning and technical discussions, including supporting launch and scaling across one or multiple markets.
