Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business objectives, customer needs, adoption inhibitors/opportunities, and industry trends to define long-term strategy and roadmap.
  • •Translate business objectives into prioritized technical systems problems for the current environment.
  • •Define and plan technical systems programs (e.g., capacity planning, migration, high availability, network architecture, performance and reliability improvements).
  • •Partner with and influence engineers and architects using technical expertise to drive solution architecture aligned to business needs.
  • •Take accountability for program success by managing lifecycle elements including initiation, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and managing complex dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience on software teams as a Development Manager or TPM.
  • •Strategic thinking to understand business objectives and translate them into technical problems and programs.
  • •Technical understanding of systems (storage, networking, authentication, capacity management, service deployments) and system flows, architectures, and APIs.
  • •Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs.
  • •Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
