Onboard new clients and grow an existing customer portfolio using a value-based relationship approach. Key Responsibilities

•Onboard new clients and drive account growth using a value-based relationship approach.
•Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets while activating, retaining, and growing a customer portfolio.
•Build trusted relationships, keep clients updated, and provide high-quality support to meet client expectations.
•Research prospects and assess customer potential; prepare sales activities using available tools, reports, and business insights.
•Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complaints and feedback customer needs; translate complex financial and economic data into investment advice.

Key Requirements

•Native Russian speaker; fluent in English, with additional languages as an advantage.
•Deep understanding of forex markets, including forex trading and currency pairs.
•Ability to analyze financial markets, economic indicators, and macroeconomic trends.
•Experience working in sales for a CFD broker; experience managing a sales team is an advantage.
•University degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field) plus excellent communication and networking skills.
