Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful delivery of a high-volume portfolio of projects across Germany.
  • •Oversee multiple concurrent projects (typically valued between €500k and €2m) and ensure delivery safely, on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • •Provide strategic oversight across planning, governance, commercial performance, and risk management; drive consistency through project controls and reporting.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the senior escalation point; lead programme reviews and executive reporting.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, including recruiting and retaining talent to support account growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised technical qualification in either a construction, mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • •Fluent in both German and English.
  • •Significant experience leading project delivery teams within construction, fit-out, commercial real estate or capital projects, including high-volume project portfolios.
  • •Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in either an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
  • •Proven experience of running a P&L, managing a team, and creating/presenting bids, tenders and proposals.
