  • •Conduct independent internal reviews of claims decisions by preparing a Certificate of Determination with supporting reasoning.
  • •Provide telephone communication with customers during the internal review process.
  • •Respond to and prepare legal submissions for applications lodged with the Personal Injury Commission.
  • •Interact with lawyers and other stakeholders throughout the internal review process.
  • •Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and timeframes, including managing relationships with external stakeholders.
