Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee daily staging center operations to ensure timely deployment and project deliverables.
  • •Develop and implement processes for receiving, staging, configuring, testing, shipping, and returning technology assets.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop staging center personnel, including workload assignment, priorities, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for hardware inventory accuracy, asset tracking, audit procedures, and asset lifecycle management.
  • •Oversee device imaging, configuration, testing, and deployment readiness, including quality control and collaboration to resolve deployment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT operations, deployment services, logistics, inventory management, or technical service delivery.
  • •2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, including leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and endpoint deployment processes, plus Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
