Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the movement of materials between suppliers, warehouses, operational teams, and customers to support production and business requirements.
  • •Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and full material traceability.
  • •Prepare shipments and documentation in line with NOG116 requirements, customer specifications, and company procedures.
  • •Process warehouse, inventory, and logistics transactions using Oracle ERP and related systems.
  • •Maintain compliance with Baker Hughes quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in warehouse and logistics activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material control, or inventory management in an industrial environment.
  • •Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems, with Oracle experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of shipping, packing, transportation documentation, and material traceability requirements.
  • •Valid Forklift Certificate (T1, T2, T4), with T8 certification preferred.
  • •An Overhead Crane (G11) certificate and NOG116 packing training, or equivalent knowledge.
