Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates; support tender documents and bid evaluation for cost control
  • •Support FF&E procurement coordination, including supplier sourcing, quotations comparisons, and delivery tracking aligned to project schedules and interior specifications
  • •Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works; monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
  • •Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts while maintaining accurate quantity, cost, and project documentation
  • •Source and prequalify suppliers/subcontractors; prepare RFQs, run technical/commercial comparison statements, support purchase order/subcontract issuance, and coordinate delivery with site and planning teams

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • •5–8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and/or procurement
  • •Experience in mid- to large-scale real estate development (developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting firm)
  • •Multi-disciplinary quantity take-off experience (Civil, Interior, MEP)
  • •Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is a plus
