Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing environment such as assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, encapsulation, soldering, repair and/or inspection of wire harness, electronic and mechanical systems.
  • •Check own work with available fixtures and production aids to ensure workmanship quality.
  • •May route, dispatch and expedite flow of material.
  • •Follow written instruction, procedure, and product specification to complete assigned task.
  • •Understands and performs all job duties in accordance with the appropriate operating procedures/instructions related to all environmental/safety requirements and regulations governing the work area within an individual’s classification.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with either manufacturing or assembly.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • •Eye-hand coordination for assembly and ability to follow written instructions.
  • •Ability to lift more than 25 lbs, and perform overtime, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, sitting, or standing for long periods.
