Lead execution for CRM product features within the sprint team—authoring and refining user stories with acceptance criteria, supporting backlog refinement, and owning feature-level delivery. Partner closely with Product Owners and business SMEs to ensure requirements are sprint-ready, risks are surfaced early, and UAT activities are executed precisely. Help advance CRM strategy through effort estimates, feasibility inputs, and adherence to platform, data, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Author and continuously refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
•Partner with Product Owners to ensure stories are sprint-ready ahead of planning ceremonies.
•Execute assigned features and stories through the full sprint lifecycle, tracking outcomes and surfacing risks.
•Serve as day-to-day liaison between development teams and business SMEs for assigned stories.
•Support UAT preparation and rollout coordination while adhering to platform, data, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business analysis, product support, delivery coordination, or related work.

•Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce exposure preferred.
•Ability to write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
