Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable software services for the Trade PMR platform using .NET and AWS.
•Drive the technical roadmap for major initiatives, including the development of integration APIs for third-party CRMs and the Robinhood Advisor Network.
•Architect solutions that ensure the platform can support significantly larger advisors and increased client activity.
•Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers across the Trade PMR org.
•Maintain and enhance the core Fusion software, ensuring high availability and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 195,000 annually

•Strong ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment and mentor other engineers.
